When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. 

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship all across Australia from regional NSW.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD. 

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. 

Do you offer returns?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and have all tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

How do I choose the right size?
We include sizing details on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us — we’re happy to help.

Will you restock items?
Some styles may be restocked; however, many of our collections are produced in limited quantities. We recommend purchasing early to avoid missing out.

Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Temora, NSW, and ship Australia-wide from regional Australia.
