Returns & Refunds

At Leni Lane, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Change of Mind Returns

We gladly accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of your order being delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. 
  • Have all original tags attached. 
  • Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair or any other marks. 

If your return meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. 

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. 
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Leni Lane cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. 

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale, clearance or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a change-of-mind return unless required under Australian Consumer Law. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure every order is packed accurately and arrives in excellent condition. 

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@lenilane.com.au. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement or refund. 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where required by the law. 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email hello@lenilane.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide the return address and further instructions.
