We want you to love your Leni Lane pieces.

Change-of-mind returns are eligible for a refund, provided the conditions below are met:

Returns Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All tags must remain attached
• Items be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, pet hair and any other signs of wear

Please note:

• Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned for change of mind

Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we'll arrange the appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

To start a return, please email hello@lenilane.com.au with your order number. Please do not return items until your return request has been approved by our team. 

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend choosing carefully, as we aim to keep our collections small and thoughtfully curated.
