Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with Leni Lane. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). 

During new collection launches, promotions or busy sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Within Australia 

We currently ship Australia - wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

Flat rate: A$11.00

Estimated delivery 3-5 business days

Express Shipping

Flat rate: A$15.00

Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over A$150. 

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup for customers in our local area. 

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions. 

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey. 

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to Australia Post, weather events, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control. 

Leni Lane cannot guarantee delivery dates once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

Leni Lane cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lenilane.com.au. 

We'll work with Australia Post to help resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
